Kansas | Remote Online Notary Law

Kansas authorizes its notaries to perform online notarizations pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 53-5a15.

In addition, Kansas recognizes online notarizations that are properly performed by notaries of other states. The applicable interstate recognition laws are Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 53-5a11 & 58-2228.
